At Carpet Depot we have hundreds of designs and thousands of colors of Wall-to-Wall carpeting. We have a vast selection of Hard Wood Flooring, Laminates, and Vinyls, and thousands of Area Rugs to choose from. Compare that to other stores, and any shop at home company. Even when we bring our selection to you for our Shop-at-Home service, we will inquire as to what type and style of flooring you are looking for, and bring those specific styles to you. What kind of pricing and discounts can I count on?
At Carpet Depot we offer low pricing each and every day. We also run frequent sales in your local paper and check out our Internet Only Specials here. You can always count on fair and low prices. When our competition offers 50% price savings, you have to ask yourself...50% off of what. Our everyday prices beat all of our competitors day in and day out. One simple reason is our buying power. With all of our retail locations and volume, we are able to purchase your flooring for less than our competition. When we start off with a lower price, your price has to be lower too. That's a win-win. Even if a competitor is running a special, we will gladly match any advertised price. But remember, while we consistantly beat all of or competition, price is only one factor to consider. The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten!!. What kind of help from a salesperson can I expect?
We pride ouselves on our sales staff. With an average of 15 years in the business, each of our sales staff bring their expertise to the floor to help you make the right selection of flooring for your particular needs. From Wall-to-Wall carpeting to Hard Wood Flooring to Laminates, to Area Rugs, they know the entire gamut of the Flooring business. What if I need carpet or flooring as soon as tomorrow?
If it is in our warehouse today, it can be in your house by tomorrow. With only rare exceptions, if your selection is in our warehouse, and you make your selection prior to 12 noon, we can arrange to have an installation as soon as the following day. OK, I've selected my choice of flooring, what about installation?
Once you have selected your flooring, we will come to your home and measure the area. Your invoice only reflects a cost estimate based on our collective guess of the flooring you will need. Once we have measured your flooring areas, we will call to finalize your order with accurate costs based on actual measures. It is not uncommon for these final costs to be different than the initial estimate if the original guesstimate of size was not accurate. OK, we have finalized the measures, what's next? What about installation scheduling flexibility?
Once you have selected your flooring, and it has been measured and confirmed, if it is not in stock, it will be ordered for you. It can take from 3-15 days for any ordered product to arrive at Carpet Depot if it is not stocked locally. Most of the carpet mills are located in Georgia, where the manufacturing takes place. If a particular selection is not in production, it may take even longer to arrive. | |
