Once your flooring arrives, we will call you to schedule your installation, at your convenience. We will make every effort to meet your scheduling demands, but recognize that it is very difficult to guarantee any specific times for our installers to arrive. Each installation is custom, and we never know what we may run into on a job. We try to narrow down installation times to morning and afternoon windows. Feel free to call between 4-6pm the day before your scheduled installation to get a window of time for our arrival. Again recognize that this window is only an estimate. All of our installers work exclusively for Carpet Depot. They are the best in the industry and it shows in the quality of craftsmanship in their work. We stand behind our installations, and offer a one year warranty on all workmanship of the installation. In the rare instance that your installation needs service, we are here to serve our customers. Your satisfaction is our goal, and we go to great lengths to achieve that. What about Warranties?
Carpet Depot is the only flooring company to offer a 30 Day no questions asked replacement guarantee on all Wall-to-Wall carpet installations. Simply stated; if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can have it replaced with a similar carpet (or upgrade by paying the difference) and we will replace your carpet at no charge. You simply pay the labor portion of the replacement. That cost is $10/SqYard ($1.11/SqFt). It's that simple!! Of course all of the normal manufacturers warranties apply to any purchase. That includes Warranties for Wear, Stain Resistance, Fade Resistance, Texture Retention, and Manufacturing Defects. Speak to any of our sales professionals to have them explain more on manufacturers warranties. How about financing, does Carpet Depot offer any finance programs?
Absolutely!! Our standard no money down, no payments, and no interest 6 month financing is offered to qualified customers. On occasion, we offer special promotional financing up to 24 months, but this may require monthly payments. Ask your salesperson for details. It is not easy for me to come to your store to shop, what can I do?
