As you might recall, at the end of December, I purchased carpeting from Carpet Depot for my home. Unfortunately there were several issues with the carpet after installation, which made the carpet unacceptable to us.

After reviewing, you decided it was appropriate to replace the carpet which, as you know, was completed a few weeks ago. I wanted to let you know that through this entire process both you and your staff, acted professionally and courteously to resolve our dissatisfaction.
